Sales Development Rep (lead generation)

We’re looking for a Sales Development Rep who can help us with lead generation. The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience with email lead generation.

The ideal candidate would also have knowledge of software development (php, .NET, mobile app) and be comfortable researching companies before contacting them.

About Us

We’re Augment (www.goaugment.io) a software development company located in Madison, Wisconsin. Our clients include startups to large corporate clients. We develop web and mobile applications, and do some analytics work.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have proficient writing skills.
  • Have knowledge of software development (php, .NET, mobile apps). This is not a must.
  • Have the ability to research companies and potential clients via websites, Linkedin and job postings.
  • Be nice to work with. We like working with nice people.
  • Can work independently and deliver results.

What we'll provide

  • Training. We will work closely with the candidate to help them excel.
  • We will provide email addresses and list of potential people to contact.
  • We will provide a template, but some sentences need to be customized.

Compensation

Salary + Bonus.

Advancement

Over time there would be opportunity to move into management and sales positions.

Hours

20-40 hours per week.

Location

Work from home or our office.

Time

Flexible hours but during the work day.
