What’s it like working with us?
We are headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin USA (Augment). That’s about 3 hours North of Chicago by driving. We also have a larger office in Coimbatore, India (GoAugment). We are also building out teams in Brazil and Eastern Europe (mainly Ukraine).
Even though we are spread across the world, we try to treat everyone like we’re in the same office together.

I joined as a software developer in augment, and this is my second year. Augment has astonished me with a new chance to learn technologies and grow technically and personally. The work culture at Augment is nurturing. They have seen my interest and encouraged me to develop by increasing the opportunity to learn and letting me handle a project on my own. A conducive and employee-friendly work environment has helped me develop my skills while ensuring I deliver quality work to my clients. Before Covid, our team in India liked to celebrate and throw birthday parties together. That was awesome.
The CEO (Dave Kruse) and CTO (Sajan Thandaserry) are both located in Madison, Wisconsin. They both care a lot about the team and are available to the team to talk about any issues or concerns.
