Here's our process:

  • Spend time to determine the talent needs for our client.
  • Find recruits in our network and beyond who could be a good fit. Connect with those recruits to understand if they could be a good fit.
  • Any recruits we feel could be a good fit, we submit to our clients. This step is a big deal for us because it is the first time our clients and talent are connecting, even if it's just a resume.
  • Then our clients provide feedback on the talent. Then we help schedule interviews and other necessary due diligence.
  • We help both our clients and talent through the interview process. This process is so important. It is often where things fall apart even though the recruit might be a good fit. We also want to make sure that this process weeds out recruits who would not be a good fit.
  • Once the client selects one of our recruits, we help with onboarding and make sure the process is smooth as possible.
  • If we place a contractor, we connect with our client and employee at the client site on a regular basis. We want to make sure remains a good fit.
  • We adapt and learn with each new replacement. We love the process.
